Warranties and returns


All goods sold in the test.cardpoint.eu store are new and sold with a manufacturer's warranty.

It is important to know that:
1. The buyer pays the costs related to the transportation of the product to and from the service providing warranty service;
2. After performing the warranty service or replacing the defective product with a new one, the warranty conditions for the product are valid for the remaining warranty period;
3. In case of loss or restoration of data, the costs to the buyer are not covered;
4. The product of inappropriate quality must be delivered safely packaged so that it is not damaged during transportation. If the product is delivered in non-original packaging, UAB "Single pay point" is not responsible for mechanical damage that occurred during transportation to the service center.
5. The warranty does not apply to:
• for goods that have mechanical damage, signs of destruction;
• for goods that were not used for their intended purpose;
• for goods whose faults occurred due to the Buyer's fault;
• for goods with damaged serial and warranty stickers;
• for goods that were repaired at an unauthorized repair center of the manufacturer;
• when the failure occurs due to environmental factors (storm, rain, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood) or random external factors (voltage surge, etc.);
• if the malfunction is caused by liquids, objects, etc. that have entered the inside of the device;
• if the Buyer does not submit a purchase document (invoice, check);
• for malfunctions caused by the use of non-original accessories;
• for wearing parts (wires, connectors, batteries, brackets, etc.);
6. If after purchasing the product, you notice that it is of poor quality, you have the right to contact our warranty service, after which a decision will be made regarding the repair of the product, refund to the buyer or replacement of the product. Quality goods sold on the www.singlepaypoint.eu website can only be returned within the time limit specified in the legislation and in our Purchase and Sale Rules and only in compliance with the specified requirements. In this case, the cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer.

7. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchase - sale agreement by notifying us in writing (e-mail: info@cardpoint.eu) within 30 (thirty) days from the day the goods were sent to the buyer.
8. Quality goods sold on the test.cardpoint.eu website can only be returned within the time limit specified in legal acts and our Purchase and Sale Rules and only in compliance with the specified requirements.
9. Returned goods must meet the specified requirements:
• the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, as you received it from the seller;
• the product, its packaging must be undamaged by the Buyer;
• the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (clean, undamaged labels, warranty stickers, untorn protective films and other accessories characteristic of the original package);
• the package of the returned product must be unchanged, as it was delivered to the buyer;
• when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase;

• myPOS Business card must not be activated;
• the returned item must be securely packed, it is recommended to pack it in the same packaging in which you received it from the seller;
• the returned goods can be delivered or sent by the Buyer using the services of the courier of his choice to the address of the goods return center at I. Šimulionio 5, Vilnius or to the nearest parcel sending terminal located closest to the indicated address.
• when returning the product, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe arrival to the product return center.
10. When returning a product, a request must be submitted, specifying the detailed order information (order number, date, product, price, delivery date) and the buyer's current account for refund.
11. In accordance with the procedure provided by law, the Seller undertakes to return the money within 14 days after the manufacturer of the goods confirms that the goods are in good condition, that is, no violations, damages, unchanged parts, the serial number of the purchased and returned goods match, etc.
