Welcome to test.cardpoint.eu. This electronic store is managed by UAB "Single pay point", the distributor of myPOS Europe Ltd (hereinafter - myPOS) for Lithuania. myPOS equipment such as myPOS payment card readers, accessories and other goods are sold in the electronic store owned by UAB Single pay point. Here we present the e-shop Purchase and Sale Agreement, which covers and determines how the ordering, delivery, payment, return and warranty service of goods is performed for all visitors and buyers of the e-shop. This agreement does not cover the myPOS electronic money account and other financial and payment services available to Buyers at www.myPOS.eu and www.myPOS.com. By visiting and ordering goods in the www.cardpoint.lt store, you agree to the rules of this sales contract.
1. Terms of sale
By placing a purchase order, you agree to these Buy-Sell Rules.
1.1. Contract
1.1.1. In order to be able to enter into a Contract with us, when purchasing our goods, you must be a resident of one of the countries belonging to the European Economic Area (EEEE) (buyer's registration address); (ii) have full authority to enter into this Agreement; (iii) not be included in the blacklist or sanctions lists related to AML / FT (Anti Money Laundering/Financing Terrorism) which are officially published and regulated by notices, or myPOS card fraud blacklists or blacklists of card organizations; and (iv) use the myPOS Products for your legitimate business and professional activities.
1.1.2. By clicking Order in this online store, you agree to the terms of this Purchase Agreement and from that moment on, this Purchase Agreement is concluded between you and UAB "Single pay point".
1.1.3. Registration for the myPOS account. When ordering goods in the test.cardpoint.eu online store, you do not need to have opened a myPOS account for financial and payment services at www.mypos.eu or www.mypos.com. However, in order to start using myPOS packages (Terminals/payment card readers), you will need to register a myPOS account and agree to the iCard AD and myPOS Service terms and conditions and provide mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) information required by financial institutions providing payment services. Buying products in this online store does not guarantee that you will be successfully registered for iCard AD and myPOS Service.
1.2. Order
1.2.1. A purchase is made upon placing the correct order and making payment for the ordered items including taxes (if applicable) and shipping costs (if applicable) for the ordered items. A correct order is an order in which the models of the goods ordered by you are specified, the delivery address of the goods is specified correctly, the country suitable for shipping (member of the EEA), the address and company or your personal data for the account are correctly specified, as well as other information requested during the ordering of the goods. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, on weekdays and holidays, as well as on holidays.
1.2.2. An order confirmation will be sent to you after you place and submit your Order. For payment, you can choose the payment method offered or you will be sent a prepaid invoice for the goods you have ordered, including the cost of delivery of the goods and applicable taxes. Once payment for a valid order has been made, your order will be fulfilled by delivery of the goods using the delivery method of your choice.
1.2.3. Incorrectly submitted or unpaid orders will not be processed.
1.2.4. You acknowledge and agree that myPOS devices enable the use of payment and electronic money services provided by licensed financial institutions subject to strict AML/FT and other regulatory rules. Accordingly, we may ask you for additional information before or after product delivery, or we may refuse to deliver goods due to regulatory requirements or for risk and security reasons, of which we will notify you within a reasonable period. We will not be liable for any damage you claim as a result of the ordered goods not being able to be delivered due to regulatory requirements or risk and security requirements. If it is not possible to deliver the goods you ordered, you have the right to recover the funds paid for the goods.
1.2.5 Product Descriptions. We provide all information related to the goods as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that product descriptions and other content will be accurate, complete or error-free. If the offered goods do not match the goods description, you can return purchased new and unused goods in the same condition and completeness as you purchased them.
1.2.6. Goods may be sold and delivered to you subject to the following conditions:
(i) the item or items you ordered are in stock. If the balance of the goods is insufficient, we will contact you and inform you about the expected delivery date;
(ii) Payment for the goods has been made;
(iii) You have provided accurate and correct delivery address details;
(iv) you have provided correct and valid telephone and email address details;
1.2.7. We do not undertake to change the prices of goods without prior notice to you. 1.2.8. If, due to our fault, the delivery has to be carried out by sending several shipments, then we will cover the additional costs related to the delivery of the order. 1.2.9. By placing an order, you agree to provide your contact details used for order fulfillment and invoicing. We undertake to use this data only for order fulfillment and tax accounting purposes.
1.3. Payment and invoice
1.3.1. After placing the order, you need to pay for the goods by choosing the desired payment method or make the payment according to the prepayment invoice provided;
1.3.2. The price of the order consists of the total amount of all ordered goods, delivery services and taxes. The price of all goods sold in the online store is indicated without the applicable value added tax (VAT). The price of goods delivery is determined individually according to the chosen delivery address and the weight of the goods.
1.3.3. Although we endeavor to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on the online store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, please inform us as soon as possible and you will be given the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order after you have made the payment for the ordered goods, we will refund you the money you paid by bank transfer to the account you indicated after you return the goods received (new and unused, in the same condition and completeness), if the goods have already been sent until you cancel the order.
1.4. Delivery
1.4.1. We will send the ordered goods to the address specified by you using courier services or using parcel sending terminals.
1.4.2. We will deliver the ordered goods within a reasonable period of time, depending on the types available and the quantity held in stock. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered within a reasonable period (more than 14 days), we will inform you immediately by email. by mail or mobile phone. Shipping time may vary depending on the specified location and due to delays caused by courier services or force majeure for which we are not responsible.
1.4.3. You must accept the shipped goods at the delivery address specified by you or at the shipment terminal that you (optionally) specified when placing the order. All costs associated with storage or reshipment of goods due to failure to comply with this obligation will be borne by you. Delivery of the goods is deemed to have been made properly and the products have been correctly delivered if we deliver the goods to a person at the delivery address specified by you who is authorized by you to receive delivery. It is considered that you have authorized another person to pick up the shipped goods if he knows the data necessary to confirm the delivery of the goods (for example, the short code for the pickup of the parcel terminal or accepts the goods at the address specified by you).
1.4.4. Upon receipt of the goods, you must immediately check the condition of the shipment and the conformity of the delivered goods with your order and, in the event of any discrepancy, inform us using the specified contact details and provide information related to the discrepancy or deficiency of the delivery. 1.4.5. To start using the purchased payment card readers, you must complete the following steps Registration and activation of the "myPOS" service at www.mypos.eu or www.mypos.com. 1.4.5. Risk of loss. All goods purchased from the test.cardpoint.eu online store are sold and delivered in accordance with the terms of this sales contract. You agree that once the goods are delivered to the delivery address you have provided and you or your authorized person accepts the ordered goods, you bear the risk of loss or damage to them.
1.5. Order return. Warranty
1.5.1. Buyers of the electronic store can use the opportunity to return purchased goods within 30 (thirty) days from the moment the goods are delivered. To return goods, you must contact us by e-mail. by mail or phone and return the goods following the instructions received. After successful return of the goods, we will return the money by bank transfer to the personal bank account specified by you. You understand and agree that the refund includes only the price of the returned goods and does not include the shipping costs incurred in delivering the goods.
1.5.2. Returning goods is not possible in all cases, if you want to return goods due to any problems during the activation of goods in the myPOS system or due to registration for a myPOS account and passed 1.5.1. the deadline for returning the goods specified in point 1.5.3. In all cases, you must return the goods unused, unaltered in appearance, undamaged, in the original packaging, including all spare parts and components (which were originally included with the product purchased and constitute the contents of the product), with intact labels and product warranty stickers. When returning the product, it is mandatory to present an invoice confirming the purchase of the product or a statement of payment for the product. After you return the goods and fulfill the return conditions, the amount of money equal to the price of the returned goods will be transferred to your personal bank account by bank transfer. 1.5.4. We do not take title to returned goods until the goods arrive at our returns centre. 1.5.5. All myPOS terminals/card readers have a 12-month warranty. warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the date of shipment of the product. 1.5.6. In the event of product failure or other technical malfunction due to which the product cannot be used for its intended purpose, the product must be delivered to the UAB "Single pay point" warranty center at your expense. If the product is found to have a warranty failure or other technical malfunction and the product is repaired, it will be delivered to you at our expense. In all cases, before sending or delivering the product to the warranty center, you need to contact us by phone. or e-mail by mail, as many problems can be solved remotely. 1.5.7. Consumables, cables, power supplies, cases and cards are not covered by warranty.
