Collect LP EXPRESS parcels at self-service terminals

Delivery price specified when ordering the product. The term of delivery of the goods to self-service terminals of LP EXPRESS parcels 2 - 5 working days from placing the order. The service is provided if the order does not exceed 30 kg and fits into one of the following boxes: 

• You will be informed about the receipt of the package by SMS message - you will know exactly when you can pick up the package.
• You will collect the parcels in less than 1 minute, by sending an SMS message and e-mail at the terminal. 2 codes (PIN) received by mail.
• LP EXPRESS parcels in the network of self-service terminals you will be able to choose the most suitable pick-up location for you.

Important! If the weight of the product selected at the time of ordering is more than 30 kg or does not fit into the largest box, you will not be able to pick up LP EXPRESS parcels at the self-service terminal.

Collect at DPD post machines

Delivery price specified when ordering the product. The term of delivery of the product to the DPD post office 2 - 5 working days from placing the order. The service is provided if the order does not exceed 20 kg and sent shipments do not exceed the following measurements:

Length -   61 cm

Width -   44 cm

Height -   37 cm

• You will be informed about the receipt of the package by SMS message - you will know exactly when you can pick up the package.
• You will collect the parcels in less than 1 minute, by sending an SMS message and e-mail at the terminal. codes (PINs) received by mail.
• DPD Pickup in the network of delivery points and terminals you will be able to choose the most suitable pick-up location for you.

Important! If the weight of the product selected during the order is more than 20 kg or does not fit into the largest post machine box, you will not be able to collect it at the DPD post machine.

 

Delivery of goods to home, work or other specified address by courier

Delivery price specified when ordering the product.

• If orders are placed before 11:00 a.m., the deadline for product delivery 1 - 3 working days, other (longer) delivery terms apply to certain product groups. Due to the delivery service, the delivery time may be extended 1 working day.
• Before arrival, the courier will inform you by call or text message (SMS) about the planned delivery time.
